S’Villa Plans Exit and Legal Battle Against Ambitiouz Entertainment

In a recent revelation to Zimoja Lezinto,  S’Villa has expressed his intentions to part ways with Ambitiouz Entertainment.

S’Villa claims to have already informed the label’s management and has sought legal counsel to navigate the situation. Highlighting his grievances, he alleges that the label demanded he repays all the funds invested in his career, a request he finds questionable.

The guy said I must pay him every penny he invested in my me.I requested a statement which they sent. So, that’s also going to be looked into as well because it’s very questionable,”he revealed.

S’Villa further reveals that his contract had expired in 2021, yet the label invoked a clause to extend it for another four years.

“I signed with them in 2017. In those six years, I released six songs and two music videos. I don’t know why they are still keeping me there because the contract expired in 2021.

His upcoming legal battle aims to question the label’s motives for holding him back while failing to release his music.

That is what I am arguing. Why are they keeping me there, if they are not releasing my music? They were supposed to release three albums between 2017 and 2021. The contract expired before they released a single album or even an EP. That is what I will be arguing in court. They wasted both my time and theirs. So, I just want to cut ties and go about my business.”

Ambitiouz Entertainment’s Court Battle Loss Against Blaq Diamond

Adding to the label’s recent setbacks, Ambitiouz Entertainment faced a legal defeat against Blaq Diamond, an award-winning group.

The label had filed an urgent court application against Blaq Diamond after removing their music from digital platforms due to a fallout. However, the court ruled in favor of Blaq Diamond, reflecting mounting tensions within the label.
