After Penny Ntuli’s recent departure, another notable figure, Khaya Dladla, announced his exit from Gagasi FM. Khaya, who had been part of the station since 2018, decided not to renew his contract following certain disagreements.

Unveiling Alleged Toxicity

An undisclosed source disclosed to ZiMoja about Khaya’s decision, citing dissatisfaction with recent developments. “Despite enjoying his initial years at the station, Khaya has opted to leave,” the source revealed.

Confirming his departure, Khaya expressed his gratitude to Gagasi FM but emphasized the need to explore new opportunities. “While it’s sad to bid farewell, I’m excited to embark on new ventures and expand my influence both locally and internationally,” Khaya stated.

Additional Concerns Surface against Gagasi FM

Laura M, an author and life coach, shared her own encounter with Gagasi FM, echoing sentiments of dissatisfaction. Recounting her experience, Laura highlighted issues of recognition and fair treatment.

“My involvement with Gagasi FM started positively but soon turned sour,” Laura recounted. “Despite contributing significantly to the station’s success, I was abruptly sidelined without proper acknowledgement.”

In addition to these allegations, Penny Ntuli has been trending after she left the station due to a disagreement on salaries. Gagasi FM is said to have offered the presenter R2 800 for her work per month. After publicly sharing her experience on social media, Gagasi FM has received a lot of backlash from netizens.

There are also some rumours that Umkhokha actress Hope Mbhele has also rendered her resignation. The rumoured reasons are that she was in the same salary bracket as Penny Ntuli and was not satisfied.

Gagasi FM management has yet to address these grievances.
