Charges have been officially dropped  for one accused Lorentia Lombaard in the Joslin Smith case. She was initially one of four individuals implicated in the disappearance and suspected trafficking of Joslin Smith. This legal decision leaves three remaining suspects who will still face prosecution: Kelly Smith, Jacquen Rowhan Appollis, and Steveno Dumaizio van Rhyn.

The other two are Joslin Smith’s mother and her boyfriend, who watched the girl when she disappeared.
