Dj Tira Breaks His Silence, Responds to Luke Ntombela’s ‘Smashing’ Allegations
South African musician Dj Tira has finally responded to the allegations made by upcoming musician Luke Ntombela after she accused him of sleeping with her whilst she was drunk.
Dj Tira issued a statement through his legal representatives, addressing the allegations raised by Luke Ntombela.

Last week DJ Tira made headlines after Luke Ntombela unleashed series of screenshots exposing DJ Tira on her Facebook post.
Luke Ntombela accused DJ Tira of sleeping with her while she was drunk and offering her hush money.
According to screenshots, Luke revealed that DJ Tira continued to “touch her” inappropriately despite her objections.
Legal Action Initiated: DJ Tira’s Lawyers Issue Cease and Desist to Luke Ntombela
In response to the allegations, DJ Tira’s legal team has issued a cease and desist to Luke Ntombela. Through a statement shared on all of DJ Tira’s social media platforms, his lawyers ordered Luke Ntombela to immediately cease making defamatory allegations against DJ Tira.

Legal Representatives Slam Allegations as Baseless and Defamatory, Accuse Luke Ntombela of Malicious Intent”
Dj Tira’s legal representatives contended that the allegations made by Luke were devoid of merit, lacking any factual basis, and constituted defamatory statements.
“We hereby represent the above and our instructions are as undermentioned.
Our clients have advised us of continuous assassination of their characters and brand perpetuated by your posts on various social media accounts of unfounded, baseless, and defamatory allegations against them. Such conduct from you is causing serious and severe harm to our clients’ esteemed brand and reputation.”
They further criticized Luke’s interview with Ukhozi FM, asserting that it was malicious in nature and lacked substantive evidence. Additionally, they accused Luke of attempting to blackmail Dj Tira for financial gain.
“It is our further instructions that you were on Ukhozi FM Radio station and again made serious, baseless, and unfounded defamatory statements against our clients. It became apparent from the Ukhozi FM Radio station interview that your allegations were devoid of substance and logic, but full of malice and desire to blackmail our clients into paying you money for undetermined reasons under the guise of our client owing you some money for performing musical exercises.”
Legal Action Taken: DJ Tira’s Lawyers Demand Luke Ntombela Issue a Retraction
Dj Tira’s legal team issued an order to Luke Ntombela, demanding an immediate cessation of disseminating baseless allegations against DJ Tira.
Additionally, they instructed Luke Ntombela to publicly retract the malicious claims made against Dj Tira on the same social media platforms that were initially used.
“It is therefore our instruction to demand as we hereby do, that you desist from this unlawful conduct of publishing and peddling these malicious and unfounded allegations against our client. We further demand that you publish a retraction of such malicious and defamatory statements against our clients, through the same social media you had used to publish them.”
Furthermore, Luke has been instructed to conduct a radio interview and provide an unconditional apology.
“You must further conduct a radio interview through the same radio station retract the interview you conducted and offer an unconditional apology.”
Retraction and Apology Demanded: DJ Tira’s Lawyers Give Luke Ntombela 7-Day Ultimatum
Luke Ntombela has been given a 7-day deadline to comply with these instructions. Failure to comply will result in Dj Tira pursuing legal action.
“Our instructions are that retractions should be done within seven days from the date herein and the failure of which will leave our clients without an option but to seek a legal redress against your unlawful conduct, to protect our clients’ brand.”
