Actor, model, presenter, and medical doctor Fezile Mkhize has achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first African to win the eighth edition of Mister Supranational. The prestigious male pageant took place in Poland and was hosted by Survivor SA presenter Nico Panagio.
The Role of Discipline
Fezile highlighted the critical role of discipline in his success, a quality he strives to uphold in his daily life. “Being in the right mental state and believing that I deserved this opportunity were essential,” he said. Fezile dedicated his victory to Wayne Stafford, the national director of Mister Supranational South Africa. “This win is also a heartfelt tribute to my aunt, who passed away last December. She was a significant inspiration in my life,” he noted.
Previous Pageant winners in South Africa
Fezile is not the first South African to win international pageants. In recent years, Lalela Mswane was crowned Miss Supranational in 2021. Back in 2019, Zozibini Tunzi was crowned Miss Universe. All these models have been putting the country on the map.
