Bianca Naidoo, the partner of the late Riky Rick, has recently moved out of the residence they once shared in Waterfall Estate, more than a year after the tragic passing of the renowned rapper.
Riky Rick, who sadly took his own life in the studio of their Waterfall Estate home in Midrand, Joburg on February 22, 2022, left behind a void that his loved ones are now grappling with.
Home Vacated Three Months Ago
Sources close to the situation reveal that the house, not included in the late star’s valuable estate, was left vacant three months ago when Naidoo hastily packed her belongings and departed.
Insiders suggest that the property is owned by a businesswoman residing abroad. Faced with the unexpected departure of Naidoo, the owner, who returned a month ago, is now tasked with finding a new tenant for the residence.

Current Status and Well-being
When contacted by SundayWorld for comment, Naidoo neither confirmed nor denied the reports of leaving the home she had called hers since 2021. She did mention, however, that she still resides in the Waterfall Estate precinct.
Regarding her and the two children she shared with the late rapper, Naidoo shared, “Both me and my kids, we are doing fine, just taking it easy.”

Executor of Riky Rick’s Estate
Notably, Bianca Naidoo was appointed as the executor of Riky Rick’s estate in October of the previous year. This appointment followed a court appeal launched by Naidoo, urging home affairs and the Joburg Master of the High Court to recognize her as the executor.
The estate comprised lucrative endorsements from brands like Vaseline, Kiwi, African Bank, and Russian Bear. Additionally, Riky Rick was reported to own a Ferrari and a Mercedes-Benz AMG GTS coupé, adding to his impressive fleet of vehicles.
