“I had high expectations for myself, and the pressure to be perfect all the time left me feeling exhausted,” Suellen admitted.
She emphasized that even in a marriage with oneself, there are difficulties that arise from unrealistic expectations.
“Even commitment to oneself can have its challenges,” she added.
