Recently, South African Twitter has been buzzing with the alleged discovery of an undercover couple, namely KwaZulu-Natal businessman Hlubi Nkosi and local singer “Mawhoo.” Screenshots showing the two individuals on what appears to be the same flight out of South Africa have been circulating online. While Mawhoo has denied traveling with Hlubi, social media users have pointed out compelling evidence, including matching plane seats and even the presence of the same passenger behind them.
Is Mawhoo Hlubi Nkosi’s Sneaky Link?
The Twitter investigators strike again, this time claiming to have unearthed a connection between Hlubi Nkosi, who is said to be the ex-partner of Londie London, and the emerging local musician Mawhoo. Both Hlubi and Mawhoo took to Instagram, sharing separate snapshots of themselves aboard a plane. Although they did not appear together in each other’s posts, the keen-eyed observers couldn’t help but notice that they were on the exact same flight.
Furthermore, an astute Twitter user pointed out that the same passenger can be seen seated behind both Hlubi and Mawhoo in their respective photos. The speculation gained further traction when gossip blogger Musa Khawula shared the evidence on his timeline, describing Mawhoo as a “struggling artist” and suggesting a romantic connection between her and Hlubi.
Denial and Public Reaction
In response to the online speculation, Mawhoo quickly dismissed the claims as falsehoods. However, the general consensus among netizens seems to lean towards believing that Hlubi and Mawhoo are, in fact, a couple. The comment sections have been flooded with criticisms directed at Mawhoo for dating someone significantly older than her.
“Isn’t she too young for Hlubi?” one person questioned, while another chimed in, expressing disbelief that individuals would associate themselves with older men for materialistic gain and social media content.
