The prosecution in the high-profile Senzo Meyiwa murder case has reiterated that renowned singer Kelly Khumalo will not be testifying during the ongoing trial. State prosecutor George Baloyi confirmed this, further solidifying her status as a person of interest in the proceedings.

Senzo Meyiwa, the former captain of South Africa’s national soccer team, Bafana Bafana, was fatally shot in 2014. The incident occurred at the Vosloorus home of Kelly Khumalo’s family, located in Gauteng’s East Rand.
