South African reality TV sensation Khanyi Mbau has poured her heart out about her Zimbabwean beau, Kudzai Mushonga.

“Best Medicine” Metaphor: Khanyi Mbau’s Poetic Tribute to Kudzai Mushonga

Taking to her Instagram, Khanyi Mbau gushed over her Zimbabwean partner, referring to him as her ultimate remedy.

While the journey hasn’t always been a smooth ride, Khanyi implied that it has unquestionably been worthwhile.

“The best medicine usually never tastes good, but it heals you. Each dose of you gets me to a better place each time. As prescribed, administer every morning with a kiss on an empty stomach. #healing 💋,” Mbau captioned a picture of herself with her Zimbabwean boyfriend in a private jet.

Kudzai Mushonga also made his love for Khanyi Mbau abundantly clear in the comments section, declaring, “❤️❤️❤️I love you deeply ❤️❤️❤️”.

However, Kudzai wasn’t the only one in the comments. One Instagram user humorously voiced confusion over Khanyi Mbau’s caption, asking whether she was suggesting that Kudzai might not be good for her but still makes her better.

“I’m confused by the caption, so he’s not good to you but he makes you better?😂 Just kidding, I’m just jealous,” playfully inquired sarahh_wood95_.

Khanyi Mbau stepped in to clarify the caption, comparing it to the concept that while people might not like their teachers, they recognize the value of the lessons they offer. She explained that Kudzai has been a wonderful mentor who has exhibited patience while supporting her on her healing journey.

“@sarahh_wood95_ let me explain cause I like u, sometimes growth is not nice, nobody likes the teacher but what they teach is actually so beneficial that u learn along the way, he has been such a great teacher and guide .. growth isn’t fun and healing is a life long exercise and he is such a great companion to do this with. His patience is incredible. 😉,”Khanyi clarified with a hint of affectionate wit.
