Renowned Grammy award-winning artist and Lion King producer Lebo M, born Lebohang Morake, publicly accuses his estranged wife, Pretty Samuels, of cheating and fraudulent behaviour.

These startling revelations surfaced through a source close to Morake, who chose to remain anonymous, citing concerns over potential repercussions.

According to associates of Samuels, Morake’s decision to end their marriage stemmed from financial expectations related to a purported $10-million sale of his music catalogue in the United States. However, Morake contests Samuels’ entitlement to a share of these proceeds, disputing their marital property regime.

Additionally, Samuels is reportedly seeking substantial spousal maintenance and legal fees from Morake amidst their ongoing divorce proceedings.

Morake’s confidante disclosed that the musician attributed the breakdown of their brief union to Samuels’ alleged infidelity and lack of trustworthiness. He claimed that Samuels abandoned him after suspicions arose, exacerbated by her clandestine recording of private conversations.

Since her departure in July 2023, Morake has remained unaware of Samuels’ whereabouts, although sightings suggest she may not be as financially strained as she portrays. This led to the thespian believing that his wife was cheating on him or even committing fraud and stealing from him.

Previous Relationships and Allegations

This wouldn’t be Morake’s first marital dissolution. Prior to Samuels, he endured four failed marriages, marked by accusations of various forms of misconduct. These included allegations of cheating and flirtation with former partners.

Morake also alleges financial misconduct on Samuels’ part during her tenure at the National Films and Video Foundation, urging her to reimburse misappropriated funds. Despite his intervention in resolving the matter, Samuels purportedly withheld crucial documentation.
