In 2022, the queen of Gqom Babes Wodumo publicly accused the Ma Gear singer of flirting with her now-deceased husband, Mampintsha. Makhadzi and Babes Wodumo put an end to their beef. The Limpopo hit-maker and Babes Wodumo appear to have resolved their brief conflict.
Makhadzi demonstrated her peaceful attitude towards Wodumo by responding to her Valentine’s Day post. On Facebook, Babes posted a heartfelt message about spending her first Valentine’s Day without Mampintsha.
“Wow sooo many years this is the first Valentines Day without you sthandwa Sam…many woman out there are celebrating with loved one however me being here today makes it different from others…I will forever cherish the days we shared together.Ngyazi ujabulile ukungbona today nginawe Sdudla Sam Sdikselwa, Stakataka, Baba ka Sponge,” the Durban singer wrote.
Makhadzi and Babes Wodumo put an end to their beef
The singer from Limpopo left a comment for Babes Wodumo in the words showing her some love, and Babes responded kindly. Their fallout came to light when Wodumo urged Makhadzi to get herself a protection order from the police to avoid a heavy beating from her. The Wololo singer did not look sober while taking the video, and her speech was slightly slurred, as she could’ve been intoxicated.
Babes Wodumo said in the video that the Kokovha singer was sleeping with her husband. Babes claimed Master KG had asked her to date him first before Makhadzi but she said no to protect her friendship with Makhadzi. “Yet, Makhadzi dares to agree to be in a romantic relationship with Mampintsha and sleep with him on top of everything,” Babes said
Babes insulted Makhadzi with a lot of cursing, but she also mentioned that Makhadzi is a stupid girl with a dull future. Surprisingly, she said Makhadzi was even more ridiculous for sleeping with a man as fat as Mampintsha.
Makhadzi responded to the allegations online and the two had a full-blown fight on social media. Ever since the ,fight the two singers did not ineract online until now.
