At last, the controversial couple has finally welcomed their “Sponge”.

Mampintsha and Babes Wodumo welcomed their first son last night 16th of June on South Africa’s youth day.

iHarare understands from Mampintsha’s Facebook post that the baby is a boy. His captions had male baby names “Nhlanhla, Enoch and Vusumuzi” on it, which could be possible names to be given to the baby.

Their baby has finally proven Mampintsha’s mother and many who had not believed that Babes Wodumo was pregnant.

The Gqom Queen was also accussed of carrying a sponge on her tummy to pretend that she was pregnant.

This was said by her mother in-law, Gumede who was bitter about her son for marrying Babes Wodumo in March of this year.

What also made the public nit believe that Babes was pregnant was her public appearances where she was spotted drinking booze on several accounts.

She was also seen dancing at a birthday party a few weeks ago.

Judging from comments on one of posts on the microblogging site, Tweeps are still not convinced that the couple was indeed expecting.

See post below;

The couple got married in a traditional wedding that is set to be broadcast on Showmax starting 30 June 2021. Their reality show Uthando Nodumo is set to debut on the same date.

Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha have had a fair share of controversy broadcated on the public media.
