Mihlali Ndamase Boyfriend Leeroy Sidambe Faces Arrest Over Luxury Car Drama

Mihlali Ndamase’s boyfriend Leeroy Sidambe faces arrest for defying a court order compelling him to return a luxury vehicle he took from his ex-wife and gifted to his girlfriend.

This comes after his ex-wife Mary Jane filed a criminal complaint with the police.

The Controversial Gift and Twisting Alliances

Leeroy, a Gauteng businessman, had bought the car as an anniversary gift for his then-wife, Mary Jane. When their marriage hit the rocks, Sidambe took the car and gave his Mihlali Ndamase as a gift. The erstwhile wife filed a court case against Leeroy after seeing Mihlali flaunt the whip. She claimed that Leeroy actually vindictively took my car away from her and gave it to Ndamase when he was fully aware that she did not have a vehicle to use.

Mihlali Ndamase Boyfriend Faces Arrest

In March of this year, the court ruled in favour of Mary Jane. Leeroy was ordered to return the 2020 Range Rover Autobiography to her within two days from the date of the court order. Additionally, the court mandated that Leeroy cover various expenses, including maintenance and repairs for both the returned Range Rover and another Range Rover Sport. He was also required to make a balloon payment to BMW Financial Services for the Range Rover Sport within 30 days of the court order.

Furthermore, Leeroy was ordered to pay R156,000 per month for the upkeep of his ex-wife and children, with payments due on the first day of every month. He was also obligated to contribute to his ex-wife and children’s medical aid, although the specific amount was not disclosed.

Additionally, Leeroy was ordered to cover rent for the property where his ex-wife and children live, including rates and services, water, electricity, and a deposit for the property. Finally, he was directed to pay over R1.7 million to cover Mary Jane’s legal costs incurred during the legal proceedings.
