Minnie Dlamini Sparks Child Custody Battle Speculation With Cryptic Messages

There appears to be some tension between Minnie Dlamini and her ex-husband, Quinton Jones. Recent events have raised questions about their relationship.

On September 12th, Quinton celebrated his 40th birthday. Surprisingly, Minnie chose not to acknowledge it directly. Instead, she posted a striking picture of herself in a bikini, enjoying a drink by the pool on her Instagram Stories. Alongside this photo, she shared a thought-provoking quote:

“If you’re single, have some patience. Your soulmate is almost done with those divorce papers.”

Minnie Dlamini Raises Child Custody Concerns

Two days later, Minnie posted a playful boomerang video on her Instagram Stories, showing her spending quality time with her son in the pool. However, her accompanying message hinted at a custody battle with Quinton, suggesting he was attempting to take their son, Netha Makhosini Jones, born in November 2020, away from her. She wrote,

Imagine being someone trying to take a baby away from its mother 💔

As of now, neither Minnie Dlamini nor Quinton Jones has commented on these developments.

Single Parenthood Insights: Minnie’s Struggles and Determination

In a previous interview on DJ Fresh’s YouTube podcast “What A Week” in July, Minnie opened up about single parenting, expressing her desire to raise her son in the same way her parents raised her.

She acknowledged the challenges of being a single parent and commended all single parents for their strength and resilience. Despite the difficulties, she feels that her son was given to her for a reason, and she trusts her instincts to provide him with the same quality upbringing she received from her parents. She said:

“It’s even more difficult doing it alone…I don’t think I’ve ever been more insecure or questioned myself more than I do right now. But I also feel like God gave him (Netha) to me for a reason. Sometimes I just got to trust my gut and raise him in a way that I was raised because I think my parents did pretty good.”
