Moja Love family law expert Josephine Peta has been sentenced to 10 years in jail for theft and fraud.
Josephine Peta, who is an attorney and appears on the Moja Love channel as a family law expert, is going to be spending Christmas behind bars after the courts found that she misused clients’ funds from her law firm’s trust account.

Moja Love channel has been marked with controversy of late. Subsequently, last week, Moja Love fired its Zimbabwean Head of Channel, Bokani Moyo.
Rumoured to be the spouse of former Sizokuthola presenter Xolani Khumalo, Moyo held the Head of Channel position at Moja Love for six years, starting in 2017.
