Multi-Millionaire Sisa Ngebulana Accused of Skin Bleaching
South Africans were left in disbelief after noticing a dramatic change in the skin tone of multi-millionaire Sisa Ngebulana. The Eastern Cape-born property mogul was first accused of skin bleaching in 2019 when his complexion appeared significantly lighter than in previous years.
Though Ngebulana has not directly addressed the skin bleaching rumors, radio personality Sol Phenduka expressed surprise at the businessman’s altered appearance.
“wow. Sisa Ngebulana bleached his skin ??? Looks like it. He was already light skin though . Fascinating,” Sol Phenduka posted on X (formerly Twitter).

In the comments section, South Africans concurred with Phenduka’s observation, with some even providing before and after photos from 2017 and 2019. Some jokingly compared Sisa Ngebulana’s new look to that of a “Congolese gentleman” or a “rhumba musician,” while others questioned the logic behind skin bleaching, suggesting that he might be trying to “keep up appearances” for his “slay queen” wife. Here are some of the comments:
@MakiMarish:
He has been bleaching for a long time. Now he looks like a Congolese gentleman🤣
@KgothatsoSiba:
But why do people bleach though, do they feel that being lighter is cooler?
@wasembo27:
He’s married to a slay queen after all…
