According to TimesLives, the organisers of the event, Gospel Concert Events, attribute the sudden change in plans to “unforeseen circumstances.”
“We are in discussions with Tasha Cobbs Ministries to re-schedule new dates for October 2023. We apologize to concert fans for the inconvenience caused by the postponement of the shows,” they stated.
Ticket Refunds and Cut-Off Date
Fans who purchased tickets via Computicket’s website can expect full refunds automatically credited to the original payment method.
For those who made in-store purchases, the process requires visiting the nearest Computicket or Checkers outlet to initiate the full cancellation process.
The cut-off date for refund requests has been set for March 5, 2023.
