The investigation now involves Dr Nandipha Magudumana and convicted Facebook r*pist, Thabo Bester, who were found in possession of Dr Pashy’s personal information and documents.
Dr Parshy’s New Passport
According to reports, Dr Nandipha was apprehended in Tanzania with two passports belonging to Dr Pashy. Preventing Fraudulent Activities
Dr Pashy’s affidavit reveals that she sought a new passport because she intended to travel to the USA for business purposes related to her company, Power Women International. In an effort to protect herself from potential fraudulent acts, she reported the incident to the police upon learning that Dr Nandipha and Thabo Bester possessed her passport and a copy of her fingerprints.
Dr Pashy expressed concerns about her personal information being used unlawfully and stated that her primary objective was to prevent any fraudulent activities that might be committed in her name. Both Dr Nandipha Magudumana and Thabo Bester were subsequently arrested in Arusha, Tanzania, and are now considered wanted criminals in South Africa.
The Involvement of Thabo Bester
According to Dr Pashy, her personal information and documents were initially requested by Thabo Bester, who was using the alias TK Nkwana. She claims that she provided her documents, fingerprints, IDs, and police clearance certificate to Mr Nkwana under the belief that he would assist her in applying for a working visa in the USA. Little did she know that this act would lead to her documents falling into the wrong hands.
Legal Proceedings
Following the recent court appearance at the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court, Dr Nandipha’s father, Zolile Sekeni, and co-accused former G4S employee Senohe Matsoara now face multiple charges, including one for murder. The court has charged them with five counts related to their alleged involvement in various criminal activities.
The investigation into the passport theft case involving Dr Pashy, Dr Nandipha, and Thabo Bester continues as law enforcement authorities work to uncover the full extent of the crimes committed and bring all responsible parties to justice.
