Black Coffee Suffered “Severe Blows” to his Body After Plane Accident
New details have emerged on Black Coffee’s severe plane accident which happened on Sunday.
The Grammy award-winning South African DJ Black Coffee reportedly suffered ‘severe blows’ to his body after being involved in a severe travel accident.
Black Coffee was travelling from Brazil to Mar Del Plata in Argentina for a gig at Club Mute when the tragic incident occurred.
He is reportedly hospitalized in the Uruguayan capital Montevideo.

Black Coffee Management Confirms Accident
Yesterday, Black Coffee’s management announced on his social media accounts that he had been involved in a severe travel accident.
“Black Coffee was involved in a severe travel accident on a flight en route to his scheduled show in Mar Del Plata
The incident resulted in unforeseen complications and left him with some injuries” reads the statement.
The management revealed that he was receiving medical attention and was recovering quite well.
“We can confirm that he is receiving the best possible medical attention and is surrounded by a supportive family and team.
‘Despite the challenges presented Black Coffee is optimistic and recovering well
‘He looks forward to being back with you all very soon.”
Mute Club Reveals New Details on Black Coffee’s Severe Plane Accident
Shedding more light on the incident, a statement by Mute Club, seen by the Daily Mail, reveals that Black Coffee’s private flight had to make an emergency landing after “severe air turbulence”.
“Dear fans of Argentina, Black Coffee regrets to inform you that following severe air turbulence on his private direct flight from Florianopolis [in Brazil] to Mar del Plata tonight, he had to make an emergency landing at the Montevideo Airport [in Uruguay].
According to the statement Black Coffee sustained ‘severe blows’ to his body due to severe turbulence on the flight.
“He suffered severe blows to his body, and at this moment, he is admitted to a hospital in the city under observation.”
It has also emerged that he is recovering from surgery.
However, despite the challenging situation, Black Coffee is said to be receiving the best possible medical attention and being supported by his team and relatives.
