In a shocking revelation that has sent shockwaves across the nation, Nigerian socialite Benjamin Best, who goes by the moniker ‘Killaboi’ on social media has confessed to the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend, the popular Instagram influencer Augusta Osedion, known to her devoted followers as Austa.
Killaboi’s grim confession was shared on his Instagram Stories, leaving the public in disbelief and mourning the loss of a young life filled with promise.
A Heated Argument Turns Fatal
In a series of emotional posts, the 26-year-old admitted to fatally stabbing his girlfriend of three years during a heated argument.
“She came with the knife trying to stab me, I then took it and used it in self-defense, however, she died. I’m only 26 and I have ruined my life,” he wrote.
The circumstances leading up to the argument remain unclear, but the consequences of this fateful exchange were irreversible.
“I got into an argument with my girlfriend @austa xxo which fight I mistakenly stabbed her and ran away out of fear and been suicidal since then. I want intend to end my life now cause I have lost the one o cherish so much I want to do the right thing and turn myself in. I will gladly die by paying with my life now. I have failed myself, I have failed my mom, I have failed my family.” Oh lorddddd I can’t believe this. “I ruined my life at the age of 26 Oh my God I’m going crazy I want to die,” Killaboi confessed on his Instagram Story.
The Grim Discovery
After Austa’s disappearance, a frantic search ensued, leaving her followers and loved ones devastated and desperate for answers. Tragically, her lifeless body was eventually discovered in Killaboi’s residence.
Reports suggest that her body showed signs of violence, and there were even disturbing allegations that body parts were missing.
The Lagos police have reportedly opened an investigation into her death and Killaboi has decided to surrender himself to the police and face the full consequences of his action.
