Taking note of the controversy, American Hip Hop artist NLE Chopper decided to avoid stirring up any more conflicts on social media.

Learning from Swae Lee’s missteps, the rapper took to his Instagram account and openly called for the top Amapiano and Afrobeats producers to reach out to him.

“I need the best Afrobeat and Amapiano producers to hit me ASAP,” NLE Choppa wrote on his Instagram stories.

NLE Chopper wants to ensure that he pays homage to the original creators of the genres and avoids sampling without permission. It remains to be seen which producers he will collaborate with for his Amapiano and Afrobeats releases.
