A clash of titans unfolded over the weekend as DJ Tira, the acclaimed musician and astute businessman, unleashed a powerful counterattack against the former Ukhozi FM presenter, Ngizwe Mchunu.
Fuelled by a fiery mix of talent and tenacity, Dj Tira left fans spellbound as he fearlessly put Ngizwe Mchunu in his place during a star-studded event in Port Sheptsone.
Known for his chart-topping hits and entrepreneurial prowess, DJ Tira couldn’t stay silent any longer after enduring a barrage of insults from Ngizwe on social media.
It was the perfect opportunity for retaliation when fate brought them together on the same stage. Little did Ngizwe know that he was about to face Dj Tira’s wrath, unleashed before a bewildered crowd.
As Ngizwe Mchunu introduced DJ Tira, the atmosphere crackled with tension. But instead of basking in the limelight, Dj Tira took center stage to demand an apology. His words reverberated through the perplexed audience,
“You have to apologize to me for the sht you said about me… I love money, and my cider is flourishing. Now he acts like he’s doing me a favor, trying to hype me up.”
With unapologetic defiance, he continued,
“If you talk sht, I will tell you directly that you talk sh*t. I am not scared of you…” The crowd erupted in cheers, witnessing a true champion defending his honor
Setting the record straight, DJ Tira revealed his exhaustion with Ngizwe’s backstabbing antics. In an exclusive interview with Zimoja Lezinto, Tira clarified the context of Ngizwe’s controversial video, highlighting that he wasn’t insulting the crowd but responding to Ngizwe’s initial attack. Respecting the power of criticism, Dj Tira emphasized,
“I respect people’s opinions and choices, but I will never force anyone to support my business. The same applies to me… I will never be angry with someone who speaks publicly about me, but don’t pretend you like me when you see me.”
Unmasking the facade, DJ Tira expressed his disbelief as Ngizwe tried to play nice after their encounters at various events. Unfazed by clout-chasing tactics, Dj Tira declared,
“I have been in the industry for many years, and I don’t have time for clout chasers.”
