Nomcebo Zikode Bags Forbes Women Africa Top Entertainer Award
Nomcebo Zikode won the Forbes Top Entertainer award on March 11, 2023, at the SunBet Arena. She won the award after winning a Grammy Award recently.
Nomcebo said that winning the Forbes Top Entertainer award was an honour, and she felt happy. Zikode said that Forbes is a prominent magazine that people respect, and for them to see her talent and recognize it is an honour for her. She also said that winning awards was not her main goal, and her goal is to make music that can touch and change people’s lives.
Nomcebo is happy that she is recognized abroad rather than at home. She believes God’s timing is never wrong and is thankful for everyone supporting her. She hopes her international prize will encourage others to think everything is possible.
Nomcebo Zikode won a Forbes Women African Entertainer Award.
In her statement, Nomcebo said that:
“I always believe that God’s timing is never wrong. I don’t want to complain as much as I’ve been recognized more outside the country or overseas. Instead, I want to thank God that He has made me not only for South African but an international artist.
“I’m thankful to everyone who has been supporting me in South Africa and to everyone who has recognized my talent, including Forbes. Maybe this is how God wanted things to unfold with me, so I’m happy.”
Nomcebo is working on new music and plans to release it on her social media platforms. She believes her new music will be a banger and make people happy.
