The music industry often speaks of camaraderie and brotherhood, and South African rapper Da L.E.S, fondly known as “The North God,” recently experienced this firsthand after getting a visit from Cassper Nyovest, L-Tido, Maggz, and Kabelo Mabalane as he continues to recover from a stroke.

Recovery and Gratitude
This month, his family shared an update on his Instagram, revealing that he is undergoing rehabilitation at home.
“Da L.E.S is incredibly thankful for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers from his fans, friends, and everyone who has reached out. He will continue to update everyone on his healing process and appreciates all the continued encouragement,” the post read.
The family also thanked supporters, adding:
“Healing takes time, but he’s staying positive and focused on a full recovery”

The visit highlighted the unity within the music community, with many praising the stars for standing by their friend during a difficult time.
While many celebrated the moment, some questioned the need to publicize such gestures. One social media user commented,

Da L.E.S’s health scare began on July 26 when he suffered a stroke at home, leading to hospitalization. The news shocked fans, especially as it came shortly before his birthday, which he had to miss due to his condition.
