Producer Mondli Ngcobo’s Baby Mama Mandy Malebo’s Cause of Death Revealed
Contrary to common belief that Mondli Ngcobo’s baby mama Mandy Malebo died after committing suicide, new details have emerged revealing her cause of death.
Her family has stepped forward to set the record straight and to reveal what caused her death.
Family Reveals Mandy Malebo’s Cause of Death
Mandy Malebo’s family has refuted claims that she committed suicide. Speaking to Maphepha Ndaba, they disclosed that her sudden and untimely death was caused by pancreatitis.
“I hope you are well. I thought I’d take the opportunity- with permission from the family to correct the narrative. (Unfortunately, I have been up and down and we have not had time to write the official statement- we will post it up tomorrow hopefully) Mandisa passed away from pancreatitis. Her Pancreas failed,” reads part of the statement.

Additionally, Palesa, the family spokesperson, disclosed that Mandy Malebo had been in the hospital since late December and died early on Thursday, January 4th.
“She had been in hospital from late December and lost her life in the early morning of Thursday 4th January, in the hospital in JHB. We are absolutely shattered.”
In an official statement, the family revealed that Mandy Malebo died after suffering from a short illness.
“It is with deepest sorrow that we inform you of the passing of our dear friend, daughter & sister who succumbed to a sudden short illness.”
Funeral Donations
Meanwhile, Mondli Ngcobo’s late baby mama, Mandy Malebo’s family has reached out to the public seeking donations to help cover funeral arrangements and expenses
Her funeral will take place on Saturday, 13th January, in her hometown, Bloemfontein.
