In the picture, Sbahle Mpisane was posing in the shower. She was wearing nothing but covering her blossom and kuku with a white towel.

Apparently, the raunchy picture was the cover for her advert for Native Child hair products on the second slide of her post. She shared a video of herself in the shower washing her hair using Native Hair care products.
