MaMkhize was called to play a role not far from her reality. She will be playing a rich KwaMashu businesswoman who is eager to take over KwaMashu Kingdom Church leadership.

But the only problem is, she doesn’t have the expertise or any experience to pull through her given script.

She revealed to TshisaLive not so long ago that this has been a huge struggle for her since she was offered the job.

Good thing for her, she was able to convince the producers to let her improvise on a lot of things.

“All that I asked from Uzalo, I said, ‘Guys, I’ve read your script but I can’t say it word for word. I know what you want me to say though, so can you please allow me to say it the way I understood it?” When they said yes, I was relieved and I was ‘OK cool, let’s go!’ she told TshisaLive

MaMkhize recently celebrated achieving over a million Instagram followers.

As an astute businesswoman and a fan favourite socialite, Uzalo is convinced that she can get them as many eyes as possible.

Ever since Uzalo production company got a warning from SABC to pull up their socks and change their boring storyline that was forcing out viewers, the company has been working tirelessly to improve.

They recently called back their old actors, the likes of Mxolisi, GC, Thobile and Mastermind.

Now, Shawn Mkhize, all in efforts to revive Mzansi’s number one most watched show.
