This past Sunday, the 21st of April, the renowned millionaire entrepreneur Shauwn Mkhize, popularly known as Mamkhize, took to the spotlight on Carte Blanche to confront allegations regarding a purported fraud conviction.

Putting an end to swirling speculations late last year, Mamkhize dispelled rumours suggesting that her football club was up for sale due to financial mismanagement.
Speculations arose amid reports indicating delays in player payments, casting shadows on the reality TV star and business mogul’s financial stewardship.
Accusations have circulated over the years, alleging Mamkhize’s involvement in fabricating information to secure government tenders amounting to over R100 million.
Carte Blanche is set to air an anticipated interview with the flamboyant entrepreneur, posing the question, “Does celebrity status and wealth guarantee absolution?” In a brief teaser clip, Mamkhize vehemently denies any involvement in the alleged fraud, attributing it to the actions of the company rather than herself.
“But it can’t be me because that was not me. It’s the company. Because that was the company that was charged.”
