Shebeshxt Responds to Drunk Driving Allegations Following Social Media Backlash
Controversial Limpopo rapper Shebeshxt has fiercely hit back against allegations of drunk driving after videos surfaced showing him in his car with alcohol.
The videos ignited a social media storm, with many questioning his behavior, especially in light of his involvement in a tragic car accident earlier this year.
Social Media Backlash Over Drinking Videos
The controversy began after videos surfaced on social media showing Shebeshxt in his new car with alcohol in plain sight, as well as passengers consuming alcohol.
Critics quickly pointed out the rapper’s questionable actions, especially after the tragic accident on June 8, 2024, in which Shebeshxt sustained serious injuries while his 9-year-old daughter tragically lost her life.
Some speculated that the accident was a result of Shebeshxt driving under the influence. However, the rapper vehemently denied the claims, addressing the issue in a post on his Facebook timeline.

Shebeshxt Hits Back, Questions Accusations
In his post, Shebeshxt addressed the allegations directly, asking those accusing him of being under the of alcohol where they got that information from.
He questioned if he was drunk would he still be free or would he have been arrested.
“Where did you get the news that I was under the influence when I was involved in a car accident? If I were drunk would I still be free or would I have been arrested? Now you guys see a brown bottle with me in the car in a video, are you sure I was the one drinking it? You guys are too focused on me and are not checking your own lives.”
He further emphasized that critics were too focused on him, urging them to turn their attention to their own lives instead of passing judgment on his actions.
