Some people have positively identified the tavern as one in Soshanguve, Pretoria.
The people there decided to spice things up and one woman went to the front to dance. As she gyrated at the front, she would flash, much to the excitement of the men at groove.
The lady, clad in an orange dress with a massive vent, then dared one man to have fun. One man then went to her and threw away his clothes. He then lowered his shorts for some action and let it all out.
