Renowned reality TV personality Faith Nketsi is officially back on the dating market, marking a significant chapter in her life. Last week, the Johannesburg high court granted Faith Nketsi a decree of divorce, solidifying her single status and paving the way for a new beginning without the spectre of bigamy.
“She can now get married again without committing bigamy; she is officially single and ready to love again,”
Nketsi terminated her relationship with Njilo the previous year, alleging that he defrauded her shortly after their extravagant wedding in Katlehong township on April 9, 2022.
Njilo’s Alleged Betrayal
According to the undisclosed relative, Nketsi claimed that Njilo sold an undisclosed vehicle of hers and failed to provide a transparent account of the proceeds. This purported betrayal led to Nketsi feeling deceived by Njilo’s alleged extravagance, prompting her to end the relationship.

Following the separation, the influential influencer took custody of their daughter, Sky, and established residence in her bonded house in Edenburg, Sandton. In contrast, Njilo relocated to Blue Valley Estate, Midrand, where he rented an apartment.
Nketsi claimed an irretrievable breakdown due to the alleged fraud, citing no prospects for reconciliation, which prompted her to pursue a divorce. Additionally, she successfully obtained custody of their daughter.
Parenting Arrangements
Despite the dissolution of their marriage, an agreement was reached between Nketsi and Njilo regarding their daughter’s upbringing. Njilo is permitted to see their daughter on Sundays, his birthday, and Father’s Day. Conversely, Nketsi spends time with the child on her birthday and Mother’s Day.
Financial Details
Nketsi, asserting a monthly income of at least R50,000, revealed financial contributions towards their daughter’s upkeep. She claimed to spend R22,000 on her bond, R3,000 on groceries, and R3,500 on utility bills and taxes.

Legal Troubles
The cracks in Nketsi and Njilo’s marriage began to surface when Njilo faced arrest in April of the preceding year by KwaZulu-Natal police for fraud. This followed an alleged scam involving Njilo and his co-accused Kwanda Ntshangase, who purportedly tricked a Johannesburg man into paying a substantial amount under the guise of being truck sales representatives. The accused duo vanished without delivering the promised truck, leading to their subsequent arrest and release on bail.
