Transgender celebrity sangoma and media personality Gogo Manzini is set to undergo a series of cosmetic procedures and get a BBL early next year in Turkey.
The businesswoman, born Tyra Sindane, known for her vibrant personality and bold lifestyle, revealed that the transformation will include a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), rhinoplasty, and a mid-facelift.

Transgender Celebrity Sangoma Gogo Manzini to Get A BBL In Turkey
Speaking to ZiMoja, Gogo Manzini explained her motivation for the procedures.
“There are certain parts of my body that I don’t like, and I’ve always dreamed of reconstructing them. The perfect time is now,” she said.
This is not her first venture into cosmetic enhancement. She previously underwent lip and face fillers, as well as skin-lightening treatments, as part of her ongoing journey to refine her appearance. However, the upcoming surgeries will mark a significant milestone in her transformation.
Gogo Manzini booked her procedure in April and has been on the waiting list for January 2025. She plans to have the surgeries performed at a high-end clinic in Turkey, a destination popular for cosmetic procedures. While she did not disclose the exact cost, she described the undertaking as “an expensive lifestyle.”
“All I can say is there’s a lot of money to be paid post-op for maintenance. But this is something I’m doing for myself, to boost my self-esteem and confidence,” she said.
Breaking Stereotypes
As a transgender woman, Gogo Manzini also shed light on a less-discussed aspect of cosmetic surgery—men opting for similar procedures.
“Men go for tummy tucks, facelifts, and the works, but they don’t talk about it often,” she noted. Despite the stigma and potential risks, she remains steadfast in her decision. “Life is about taking risks,” she added.
One of her primary motivations is addressing challenges she has faced with her physique.
“I’ve struggled with belly fat and tried many products that didn’t work. Gym has not been my first option,” she explained.
