TV Personality Sidwell ‘Psyfo’ Ngwenya Loses His Adoptive Mother
Former Generations actor, TV presenter, and producer; Sidwell ‘Psyfo’ Ngwenya loses his opera singer-mother; June ‘Diva’ Kraus.
The star penned down an emotional tribute to his late mother on his Instagram:
“Thank you for everything you did for me. You gave me a new destiny and a chance for a better life. As heartbreaking as it is to type this, I am also happy that you lived a full life and took your last breath doing what you love doing most, travelling to other countries. We will miss you and love you always.”
Pysfo was adopted by the opera singer after his biological mother passed away at the age of 11. It is unclear what her cause of death is at this stage!
The former YOTV presenter also lost his grandmother to Covid 2 months ago and his younger brother a few days ago.
Speaking about the passing of his loved ones, Psyfo said: “Being strong is a skill I’m getting tired of.”
His new wife; Aamirah also took to social media to pay tribute to her late mother-in-law:
“So many memories and stories to share about mama June. But most importantly, thank you for welcoming me into your family and home…to our dive in Africa.”
Pysfo’s ex-girlfriend of 10 years; Hulisani Ravele hasn’t mentioned anything about her former mother-in-law yet. She recently tweeted: “Covid man” with a broken heart emoji.
Aamira and Pysfo recently shared how they got shaded by some close friends and family members for having a destination wedding and not inviting them to their wedding. The duo tied the knot last month after dating for three years.
Mrs. Ngwenya took to social media and said:
“A little reminder that we are not perfect and we all have problems. Let’s agree that celebrating people (in your life) would never be an extreme sport. We all need to do better.”
