Netflix Deal or Fiction: Zandie Khumalo Addresses Docu-Series Speculations
Zandie Khumalo-Gumede has responded to rumours about a massive Netflix deal she and her sister, Kelly Khumalo, supposedly signed.
Recently, there were reports suggesting that the Khumalo sisters had secured a R22 million contract with Netflix. The deal was said to be for creating a docu-series about the events that occurred in their house on the day Senzo Meyiwa was tragically killed.

Past Controversies and Accusations
The Khumalo siblings have faced accusations in the past of benefiting from the tragic death of Senzo Meyiwa, who was fatally shot on October 26, 2014. At the time of the murder, Senzo Meyiwa was at the Vosloorus home of Kelly Khumalo’s mother, and there have been conflicting accounts about what happened, with some alleging it was a botched robbery.
Just last year, Kelly Khumalo received criticism for seemingly using the ongoing Senzo Meyiwa trial to promote the third season of her reality TV show, “Life With Kelly Khumalo.” In a trailer for the season, Khumalo touched on the controversy surrounding her connection to the Senzo Meyiwa case.
Now, the Khumalo sisters are being accused of signing a multi-million rand deal with Netflix to reveal previously undisclosed details about what occurred in their house before, during, and after Senzo Meyiwa’s tragic shooting.
