Zodwa Ventures Into Politics

From being a socialite to an entrepreneur and now a “politician” Zodwa seems to be on a roll racking it all.

In a video that has been making rounds on social media, leader and founder of the Patriotic Alliance (PA), Kenny Kunene, can heard making the welcome remarks to the rowdy dancer,

“PA people, we are here in Dlamini Soweto, and this is where Zodwa Wabantu was born. I am pleased to welcome the new signing to the PA, Zodwa Wabantu. When I spoke to her about joining, she was like, no, no bra Kenny PA? Politics mina? But I have seen something in her and her name explains what I have seen. She is Zodwa of the people. She loves the people, the people love her.”

In addition, the PA leader said,

“as a leader in her own right and her helping the poor, qualifies her to be involved in the politics of the PA, which is to genuinely change the lives of our people. Welcome, my sister, to your political family.”

Zodwa also took to Instagram and said,

“I don’t know what iskhokho big boss, Kenny Kunene, saw in me to want me in politics, but prayers are answered by God in his own way!”

Meanwhile, fans can look forward to the second season of her reality show, Zodwa Wabantu: Uncensored, which is now is in the final stages of production. The reality show will be aired on Moja Love in the coming weeks.

The media personality has been teasing the second season for many months and had previously revealed that production had to be halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I am so excited for 2021, for my reality show as it will be up soon. Everyone who has been buying my eggs, see yourself on my reality show,” said Zodwa.
