“Can Someone Undo This?”: Nadia Nakai’s Moving Post Marks One Month Since AKA’s Tragic Death
Rapper Nadia Nakai has taken to her Instagram page and posted an emotional message as she remembers her late boyfriend AKA, real name Kiernan Forbes, who passed on a month ago.
On the 10th of February 2022, AKA was tragically shot and killed outside Wish Restaurant on Florida Road in Durban.
The South African Police Services have since confirmed that it was an assassination.
AKA’s close friend and former manager, Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, also lost his life in the same shooting incident.
On the one-month anniversary of AKA passing, his girlfriend Nadia Nakai shared a tribute in his memory on her social media platform.
Nadia Nakai shared several photos and videos of her with her AKA, as she continues to grapple with the reality of his passing. In her tribute, she expressed that his death still feels unreal to her.
“It’s been a month, it feels like yesterday. Please can someone undo this? 💔,” she wrote.
