The late rapper Costa Titch’s family has revealed a statement explaining his cause of death about 14 months after his passing.

Costa Titch, whose real name is Costantinos Tsobanoglou, tragically passed away on March 11, 2023, after collapsing during a performance at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg. The rapper was singing and dancing and stumbled for the first time. His dancers rushed to pick him up. Moments later, he just froze, fell off the stage and experienced a seizure, which killed him.
The suddenness of his death shocked fans and the music community alike. Despite the passage of time, the exact cause of his demise had not been publicly disclosed, leaving many questions unanswered.

Family Reveals Cause Of Costa Titch’s Death
The Big Flexa hitmaker’s family and team has released a statement revealing his autopsy results. They ruled out any foul play:
The team said in a statement on his Instagram:
“After unexpectedly collapsing while performing at that Ultra Music Festival, Costa Titch passed away on the 11th of March 2023. Amidst speculations, our team and family have collaborated with pathologists to unveil the actual cause of his passing.
“The post-mortem examination revealed significant strain on Costa’s heart, unbeknownst to him, compounded by enduring stress and fatigue. This culmination likely led to an irregular heartbeat, triggering the seizure that claimed his life.”
