Friend To DJ Fresh’s Alleged Rape Victim Ditches Her In Front Of Police, Says She Was Not There During The Incident
The dismissal of the rape case against DJ Fresh (real name Thato Sikwane) and DJ Euphonik (real name Themba Nkosi) came as shock for many who were already convinced the two controversial DJs could finally be nabbed for raping one, Ms Madikizela.
The National Prosecuting Authority dismissed the case and refused to prosecute due to a lack of evidence.
But what evidence many cried out on social media as they still believe the two were guilty?
Information reaching iHarare desk reveals that when the case was brought before the Gauteng Police, the victim, only known as Ms Madikizela alleged that she had gone with her friend (name withheld) to a house where she got raped.
But after investigations, police were shocked to learn from the said friend who was in company of Ms Madikizela that such an incident never happened and she (friend) denied ever being in such an event with Ms Madikizela.
A press statement released by the duo this morning confirmed this development that made the case lose credit for further procecution.
“We have now been granted access to the statements obtained in the course of the investigation.
“Michelle” the roommate, whom Ms. Siphelele Madikizela claims was with her during the alleged incident, has stated under oath that:
“It incident that Siphelele mentioned that I was with her at a Guest House ‘B and B’.
I was never with there. I do not have any knowledge of this incident,” the duo said before reaffirming that Madikizela’s allegations were nothing but a fabrication as they had said before.
Regardless of their case being thrown out and so much of their innocense being professed to the public, social media courts are still not having it.
Many still believe Ms Madikizela’s claims that the two indeed committed the crime.
In a developing story, DJ Fresh has once again been accused for being a sexual predator by a twitter user who alleges that she once had an encounter with the DJ when she was at a young age.
