Amanda Du Point’s recent accusations of r_pe against her former boyfriend, Jub Jub, have brought to light a disturbing series of events, prompting more victims to step forward.
New information has surfaced, shedding light on Jub Jub’s alleged physical assault of a cousin and his exploitation of another media personality when she was still a teenager.
Jub Jub, whose real name is Molemo Maarohanye, turned himself into the Brixton police in July on charges of rape, attempted murder, and assault from as far back as 2006. The South African Police Service had issued a warrant for his arrest.
In a subsequent legal proceeding, the Johannesburg Magistrates Court granted Jub Jub R10,000 bail. Jub Jub has consistently maintained his innocence, suggesting that Amanda Du Point was upset with him for revealing her infidelity. The court postponed Jub Jub’s case to November 8th.

Now, Sunday World reports that another victim, former Metro FM presenter Masechaba Khumalo, has come forward with her own harrowing experience involving Jub Jub. Khumalo has shared with the police the details of the alleged r_pe, recounting that it was her first encounter with a man. The incident allegedly happened at Jub Jub’s parental home in Naturena. She revealed that she dated Jub Jub at the age of 16 while still a student at Mondeor High School between 1999 and 2000.
Unmasking the Truth: Anonymous Cousin’s Startling Testimony
In addition to Khumalo’s account, Jub Jub’s cousin, a singer, has also come forward, accusing the rapper of abuse. Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, her identity cannot be disclosed. She alleges that Maarohanye assaulted her on multiple occasions between 2017 and 2018, although she did not report these incidents to the police.
Jub Jub’s legal team is expected to point out possible contradictions in Masechaba Khumalo’s allegations that he broke her virginity when he allegedly raped her, according to a police officer close to the case.
