Jub Jub opened up about how Amanda Du-Pont visited him whilst he was in prison and how she even took a picture with him. He argues that if the r_ape allegations were true she should have reported him when he was in prison.
Amanda Du-Pont’s Accusations Emerge Post MacG Interview
Jub Jub, whose real name is Molemo Maarohanye, insists that Amanda Du-Pont had no prior issues with him until his appearance on MacG’s podcast in 2021.
During the interview, the rapper revealed details of his past relationship with Amanda, alleging a romantic involvement between 2007 and 2009.

Amanda Du-Pont Files Case Against Jub Jub in 2022
Following the podcast interview, Amanda Du-Pont posted a video online accusing Jub Jub of r_ping her multiple times during their two-year relationship.
She officially filed a case against Jub Jub at the Brixton police station in February 2022.

Jub Jub suggests that his revelations on the podcast may have strained Amanda’s relationship with her estranged husband, Shawn Rodriquez.
He believes that Amanda had never disclosed their past relationship to her husband, including the s_xual aspects, and that his interview brought these details to light.

According to Jub Jub, his relationship with Amanda was happy until she discovered his affair with singer Kelly Khumalo in 2009, Sunday World reveals. They had lived together, with Amanda even working as his dancer, and they had visited her parents in Eswatini with plans of marriage.
However, their relationship fell apart after Amanda learned of the affair with Kelly Khumalo.
Amanda’s Visit to Jub Jub in Prison
Jub Jub claims that Amanda visited him in prison during his incarceration for culpable homicide between 2012 and 2017.
During this visit, she took a picture with him, which he believes contradicts her accusations of r_pe.
He argues that if he had truly raped her, she would have reported it while he was behind bars.
