Last week, a 15-year-old girl, Lufuno from Makhadzi’s hometown Vhenda committed suicide after being bullied from school due to her looks.

Videos of her getting bullied went viral on social media after she took her life.

Yesterday, a memorial service was held at her school, Mbilwi Secondary School and the Limpopo born musician Makhadzi was invited for the performance.

She gave those present a memorable performance with her never played before an emotional song called Muvhili Wangu (My Body) featuring Prince Benza as a tribute to the late Lufuno.

The song talks about how she, Makhadzi has endured the same treatment as Lufuno.

She was and is still being bullied today over her looks and her body.

The song is a cry over bullying and also an encouragement to all being bullied to love themselves more.

“My nose is ugly and I took after my aunt Yourself stop reminding me My nose I know it and I love it.. Stop reminding me about my head I know about… Stop reminding me about my body I know it…..,” some of the song lyrics say.
