Show Me the Money! Prince Kaybee Sets the Bar High for a Face-Off with Cassper Nyovest in the Boxing Ring
The long-running feud between Prince Kaybee and Cassper Nyovest could finally be settled in a boxing match – but only if the DJ gets paid R2.5 million for the fight.
Prince Kaybee revealed his price tag during an interview on The POPcast podcast, where he downplayed his beef with the rapper as “all jokes”.
How Much Prince Kaybee For A Fight With Cassper Nyovest
He said Cassper’s team had offered him R500,000 for a potential celebrity boxing match, but he turned it down as too low.
“I’m not going to get in the ring for R500,000. For me to get out of my house, R2.5 million is fine. But also, it takes a lot to prepare for a fight,” he said.
He added that he would not take the fight seriously, even if it happened.
“I don’t take the beef between me and Cassper personally. I once met him at an airport, and I laughed the whole time, and he was serious. I don’t take it seriously. Even when we go to the ring, I’m not going to take it seriously,” he said.
Cassper Nyovest Itching For A Bout With Prince Kaybee
Cassper has been challenging Prince Kaybee to a boxing match since 2021, but the DJ has been dodging him.
Cassper has also insulted Prince Kaybee on social media, calling him “Princess Kaybee” and a “snake”.
The Doc Shebeleza rapper has also expressed interest in fighting celebrities like NaakMusiq and Big Zulu.
However, Prince Kaybee seems to be the main target of his boxing ambitions.
Cassper recently tweeted:
“The fight that I really want is … Prince Kaybee – and he will run forever, so might as well do the rematch so long.”
Nyovest was referring to his previous boxing match with NaakMusiq, which he lost last year.
Rapper Will To Fight Other Celebs
Cassper said he was willing to give NaakMusiq a rematch but also wanted to face Big Zulu, who recently won his first boxing match against Brian Dings.
Big Zulu accepted Cassper’s challenge but urged him to set a date for the fight.
“It would be easy if you can just announce a date – and then say whatever else you want to say,” he said.
It remains to be seen if Cassper will agree to pay Prince Kaybee R2.5 million for the fight or if he will move on to other opponents.
