The Doom And Gloom Of Being In The Public Eye

Celebville is all fun and games until the fans and the media publicly shade you! We saw how fast things can spiral out of control recently with the Twar between Somizi, journalists, and SANEF.

Here are more celebrities that showed us the doom and gloom of being in the public eye:

AKA

The Doom And Gloom Of Being In The Public Eye

AKA’s constant beef with Casper Nyovest knows no bounds. Even in the midst of a global pandemic. The two are apparently preparing for a boxing match because they can’t put their issues aside.

Bonang Matheba

Matheba’s on-going and resurfaced twar with Phil Mphela surprised us all recently. The two seemed like they’d put their differences aside when they didn’t talk for two years.

Pinky Girl

Who can forget Somizi’s referring ‘Pinky Girl’ to a fly-in his reality show?  ‘Pinky Girl’ got caught up in the middle of Bonang Matheba’s and Somizi’s on-going feud previously.

Or what about the time that DJ Zinhle set tongues wagging during a live Q&A session on her Instagram story, in which she casually mentioned that she had a helper named ‘Pinky’.

Ntsiki Mazwai

Outspoken poet and musician; Ntsiki Mazwai should actually be called ‘Queen of Shade’ as she continuously insults celebrities and even strangers and women who wore wigs.

She even shaded Trevor Noah for getting a mansion recently in Bel Air, who knew that a house could offend anyone?

Somizi

Somizi uploaded a video today on his social media where he said he won’t be apologizing to the City Press and Sunday World journalists for invading his privacy. He was ordered by SANEF to apologize to the journalists for publishing their cell phone numbers as they received death threats from the Idols SA judge. Whatever happened to “no comment?”

Pitch Black Afro

 The Doom And Gloom

Former musician; Pitch Black Afro who is languishing in jail for killing his wife is apparently still denying he killed his late wife.

Pearl Thusi

 The Doom And Gloom

On top of being an actress, a mother of two, and hosting a TV show, Thusi spends most of her life being bashed for her acting skills, light-skin-privileges, the non-renewal of Queen Sono, and everything under the sun.

Ginimbi

 The Doom And Gloom

The late Zimbabwean’s death shocked many, especially since we all know not to drink and drive. But what truly surprised the world were the after-effects of his death; no immediate ER services available to carry his body and the videos and pictures that everyone took of the late millionaire.
