Actress Connie and the Ferguson family have become a hot topic on social media as Shona’s 49th birthday party went viral.

Connie hosted a birthday party for her late husband at her luxurious mansion, with attendance from close family members and friends.

She has since shared multiple pictures and videos from the celebrations on social media.

Taking to Instagram, she posted:

“21 months without you physically here, and it still feels unreal. Happy heavenly birthday to you, my LOVE, the coolest dude I have ever known! We miss you so much! Today we are celebrating you for all that you were and still are; a LEGEND! Continue resting my KING. It is well.”

According to a report by News24, the South African actor and producer, Shona Ferguson, passed away at the age of 47.

Shona was renowned for his notable roles in popular TV shows such as Rockville, The Queen, and The Wild.

He tragically lost his life in 2021 at Milpark Hospital due to complications related to Covid-19. Shona, whose birth name was Aaron Arthur Ferguson, was born on April 30th, 1974.

In 2010, Shona Ferguson and his wife, Connie, founded their production company, Ferguson Films, which has since become one of the leading production companies in South Africa, responsible for producing multiple award-winning drama series.

Shona gained fame for his portrayal of Dr. Leabu on the SABC2 drama series Muvhango, and his departure from the show in 2007 made headlines.

Subsequently, he became a prominent figure on television screens, featuring in various soap operas which include:
