The River’s Lindiwe Gets Back To Acting, Has She Stopped Being A Co-producer Of The Show?
Lindiwe is back for her throne after her short break from the screens.
The character played by the legendary Sindi Dlathu has been off-screen since the end of the show’s season 3 in December.
Sindi Dlathu temporarily left the show to begins her journey as a producer.
She joined her employers, Phathu Makwarela and Gwydion Beynon behind the scenes as the show’s producers for season 4.
According to entertainment commentator Phil Mphela, her time off-screen is over.
It is not clear yet if she took off her boots as the producer or is ready to take up all the two roles on the show.
Taking to his microblog page, Phil Mphela announced that the return of Lindiwe will also come with new enemies who are after her throne.

Her sociopathic character on The River, Lindiwe Dikana, is hard to bond with – however, many love to hate her and her absence was very loud on social media streets.
In as much as her fans were celebrating her big win as a producer, they also wanted to see her brilliantly showcasing what she knows best on screen.
In related news, iHarare reported that one of The River’s legendary actors, Presley Chweneyagae was looking to retire from acting in the next 4 years.
The Oscar winner wishes to start something outside the entertainment industry.
