University Of Melbourne Australia Engineering And IT Foundation Graduate Scholarship 2023
The University of Melbourne in Australia is giving the Engineering and IT Foundation Graduate Scholarship for the 2023 academic year. This scholarship is available for international students who wish to pursue a graduate degree in Engineering or Information Technology. The scholarship gives educational financial assistance of up to AUD 10,000 for tuition fees for the Master’s program within the Faculty of Engineering or the Faculty of Information Technology.
Qualifying applicants should have finished an undergraduate degree in any relevant fields. They must have also received an offer of admission to a graduate program at the University of Melbourne. How to earn money while studying
The following subjects are available to study under this scholarship program.
- Information Technology
The first scholarship has an allowance of $5,000 per year for two years and is offered to students with the highest entry score who are either:
- International students from priority markets enrolling in an IT degree, or
- domestic students enrolling in a Commonwealth Support Place
The second scholarship has an allowance of $10,000 per year for two years and it is offered to students with the highest entry score who are either:
- International students from priority markets enrolling in an Engineering degree, or
- domestic students enrolling in an Australian Fee Place
The annual allowance is paid in two installments in April and September.

These scholarships are open to international students.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen, or a citizen of a priority country
- must have applied and received an offer for a master’s degree by coursework with the Faculty of Engineering and IT
This scholarship is subject to the Melbourne School of Engineering Scholarships Terms & Conditions. The scholarship can be deferred to the following year but cannot be transferred to another course. In addition, you must achieve a weighted average mark of 65 or higher to maintain the scholarship payments.
