SHOCKING VIDEO: Musa Khawula Seen in Public For The First Time Amidst Jail Rumours
It seems gossip monger Musawenkosi ‘Musa’ Khawula is not in jail if a video shared on TikTok is anything to go by.
The controversial celebrity gossip blogger has been keeping a low profile and last shared content on his The Pope of Pop Culture YouTube show two months ago.
His absence naturally fuelled speculation that he had been sentenced to 15 years in jail for the alleged murder of his ex-boyfriend Wandile Khambule. The fake news also suggested that Inno Morolong was managing Musa Khawula’s Instagram.
Court Appearance and Ankle Injury: Dispelling Jail Rumors
Khawula was last seen at the Vredenburg Magistrates Court on October 5, where his murder case got pushed to January 23, 2024, for a pretrial hearing. During this court appearance, he seemed to struggle with walking and standing in the dock.
Khawula told the Daily Sun that he sprained his ankle when he exited a car and stepped on an uncovered drain.
“It’s very painful that I’m struggling to walk. Even standing for a long time is hard for me. I went to the clinic and they gave me some painkillers and nothing else. I hope I will be fine soon,” he is quoted as having said by the publication.

TikTok Video Sparks New Speculations: Musa Khawula Seen in Public For the First Time
Now, Musa Khawula has made his first public appearance following reports that he had been sentenced to a decade and a half behind bars for the murder of his ex-boyfriend.
In the video that was shared on TikTok by msentierh_carino, a person who looks like Musa Khawula is seen exiting a Mazda vehicle at kwaMai Mai with a woman holding his hand. He appears to be reluctant but the woman tags him along before the video ends.
