Our Fresh Foods team is searching for talented students who are studying Culinary/Hospitality. We want to help you fund your studies with a bursary. Once you finish your studies, you will be working with us as we are the biggest distributor of grocery products in Africa.

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

BSc Food Science, Consumer Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, Advanced Diploma in Quality, Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts

Retail Business Management Bursary for 2023

The Shoprite bursary is a chance to start a career with the biggest retailer and distributor of grocery products in Africa. To be eligible, applicants should be studying Retail Business Management and be in their second or third year, with an aggregate score of 60% or above. If they complete their studies successfully, they will be guaranteed a job with the Shoprite group.

The Accounting Articles Programme offers a chance to work with various stakeholders across the entire Group of Companies. This programme is funded by the Shoprite Bursary and provides mentorship to those studying Chartered Accounting. Upon completion of their studies, participants can join the Finance team at Shoprite.

Bursary for students studying Criminology 2023
