Faith Nketsi’s Husband Nzuzo Njilo Granted Bail in Fraud Case
Reality TV star Faith Nketsi’s husband, Nzuzo Njilo, has been granted bail in connection with a fraud case, according to Eye Witness News. Njilo, a controversial businessman who owns a trucking company, appeared in court alongside his co-accused, Kwanda Ntshangase, at the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court on April 28th.
Alleged Fraud Scheme
The pair were arrested for fraudulently posing as salesmen selling a truck and illegally taking money from an unsuspecting buyer in May 2021. The court heard that the money was transferred into Njilo’s account. The matter has been postponed until June 28th for further investigation.

Bail for Njilo and Ntshangase
Njilo and Ntshangase were granted bail. Njilo received R30,000 bail after convincing the court that he needed to be released because he has a wife and a 1-year-old child to take care of. Ntshangase received R3,000 bail.

Pending Fraud Case in Johannesburg
During the court proceedings, it was revealed that Njilo has a pending fraud case in Johannesburg. According to City Press, he is accused of not delivering copper concentrate to Lund Industries owners Blaine Evans and James Stephens, who allegedly paid him for the product but never received it. The outstanding debt amounts to approximately R1 million. Njilo’s lawyer, Ofentse Nkgwang, confirmed that he is set to appear in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court on May 19th.

Controversial Background
Njilo is the son of the former mayor of Msunduzi Municipality, Themba Njilo. His relationship with Faith Nketsi has been the subject of much media attention, and this recent legal issue only adds to the controversy surrounding the couple.
